Lunch ideas ?

Everyday for lunch I allow myself 200-250
Calories but I'm really getting sick of what I'm eating.I'm a senior in highschool so it has to be made the night before or something easy on the go
I usually eat a mixture of either
Fat free yogurt
Fruit
Low fat cheese stick
Rice cakes
Low fat sugar free pudding
Any good ideas ?
What do you usually eat for lunch ?

For breakfast I eat a pack of oatmeal, and a banana. turkey sandwich for lunch. Trying to cut the calories back on my sandwich a little more, going to get a lower calorie bread and low fat mayo, or just cut the may out. I put turkey, deli chicken and salami with provolone chz and vinegar. dinner is usually chicken breast. I need some good healthy alternatives to what I'm eating if anyone has any. thanks

I eat oatmeal for breakfast. I add no sugar. 1 serving of oatmeal, a tbs raisens or other fruit you want, 1 tbs flax seed and TONS of cinnamon as it sweetens it and speeds up your metabolism.
a a snack i chop an apple (i prefer gala's or any red ones) and sprinkle cinnamon on it.
lunch I eat 1 or 2 pieces of Wasa Rye Light Bread (its a giant cracker in my opinion but its only 20cals for one big one). and 2 or 3 slices of low fat turkey and if i'm feeling it I'll add a slice of low fat cheese.
for dinner I usually eat the same thing as lunch or I bake a chicken breast with different seasonings or bbq or stuff like that. =)

I usually eat oatmeal for breakfast, an if you want you can add blueberries but no sugar. For lunch I usually bring a salad or yogurt with fruit, or also a sandwitch

I'm a Junior in highschool so I know how hard it is to find foods low in calories that I can take to school for lunch.
Usually what I do is I cut up celery the night before and then stick it back in the fridge. Then in the morning I'll grab the celery put it in a container & also I'll put a tablespoon or two of salsa to dip the celery in. Celery is so low in calories & the salsa is only 10 calories per tablespoon! So perfect, right?
Another thing I do is I buy Cambell's Soup At Hand. The Chicken Noodle soup has only 70 calories and then I heat it up in the microwave in my school's lunchroom.
Some other things you could try would be bring Canned Light Tuna & eating that. It usually only has around 70 calories depending on what brand you get.
Other things:
Low Fat Cottage Cheese - 35 calories
Shaved Turkey Breast - 35 calories
Banana - 70 calories
