Hey guys, just throwing this out there.
Do you ever get a peanut butter craving but two tbsp of it usually has 200 calories & tons of fat!
Seriously don't even worry about it. Today while shopping I stumbled upon this powdered peanut butter called PB2. Looks like this: http://images.netrition.com/images/id_watermark_jpg/507-0001.jpg
Anyways, to the good stuff, it has only 45 calories per two tbsp & only 1.5g fat. Plus it's totally kosher, all natural, organic, & wait for it, gluten free! I am in utter love. All you do is mix two tbsp of the powder with one tbsp of water, mix it together & you get peanut butter. Some of you are probably thinking, "It's gotta taste gross". It doesn't you know what Jiff Pb tastes like, don't you? It's so similar to that. In my opinion it tastes better. Honestly, what have you got to lose? Just try it! 130 Calorie Spaghetti

I created this spaghetti on a whim when eating dinner with my family. I wanted a healthier alternative to the pasta my dad makes, and this recipe creates a substantial bowl of food for a minimal amount of calories. You can eat this in front of others to make it appear like you're eating a large meal. It tastes great and is filling, too!

You will need:

1 packet of Shirataki Tofu noodles (this recipe can use the angel hair or fettuccini cut) - 40 calories
1/2 cup of Prego pasta sauce - 70 calories
1 tbsp of freshly shredded Parmesan cheese (optional) - 20 calories

Feel free of course to add any extra veggies you feel like. Fresh peppers, mushrooms, or onions would be nice additions. If your diet allows, a small addition of beef or chicken would taste great.

Instructions:

Open and rinse your tofu noodles with cold water in a strainer/collander. When sufficiently rinsed, lay them on paper towels and pat dry. THIS STEP IS VERY IMPORTANT. The liquid the noodles are stored in is very stinky. If you don't rinse and dry them, your noodles will be very smelly.

After this step, I throw the noodles in a pot of boiling water to soften and warm them a bit more. Once they've boiled for about 3-5 minutes, take them out and drain them. Once the water is drained, throw the noodles back into your pot and keep it on low heat. Add your sauce, cheese, or veggies and mix continuously until at desired heat. Serve directly onto your plate and enjoy!

cabbage soup recipe

1/2 head of cabbage
1 c green bell pepper
1 c onion
1 c carrots
1 c celery
1 can tomato
4 c chicken broth
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp salt
dash of black pepper

I just put everything together and I have my soup. it was surprisingly delish :)

So ammie was telling me on the coach that one of our teachers has to go to treatment every 6 month, as she had a doctors appointment. She said it won't kill her but she has to go. Any ideas??? Its really bugging me and we think it may be a blood transfusion or something? :/ sorry but I'm nosey :P

Everyday for lunch I allow myself 200-250
Calories but I'm really getting sick of what I'm eating.I'm a senior in highschool so it has to be made the night before or something easy on the go
I usually eat a mixture of either
Fat free yogurt
Fruit
Low fat cheese stick
Rice cakes
Low fat sugar free pudding
Any good ideas ?
What do you usually eat for lunch ?
